Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Australian Alliance website and the services described on it. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Australian Alliance professionally builds ecommerce business foundations for clients and provides training, mentoring and ongoing support to help clients learn to operate and develop the business themselves. Specific features and deliverables vary by the package a client selects, and are agreed separately as part of enrolling with Australian Alliance — this website provides general information only, not a binding offer or contract.
No Guaranteed Results
Starting and running an ecommerce business involves genuine effort and real business risk. We do not guarantee income, sales, profit or any specific business outcome. Results depend on factors including your own effort, decisions, and market conditions. Nothing on this website should be read as a promise or guarantee of financial outcome.
Ownership
Clients own and operate the ecommerce business built with Australian Alliance. Australian Alliance builds the foundations and provides training, mentoring and support — we do not operate a client's business on an ongoing basis on their behalf.
Use Of This Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to interfere with its operation or submitting false information through our forms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics and branding, belongs to Australian Alliance or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Third-Party Services
Our website and processes use third-party services including Calendly (scheduling), Brevo (customer communications) and Meta Pixel (advertising analytics). We are not responsible for the availability or content of these third-party services.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Australian Alliance is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
